Gesamtabmessungen

Aerodynamik
Getreidereiniger ALS verfügen aufgrund eines von unseren Ingenieuren entwickelten speziellen Luftstromrichters (Stators) über ein äußerst effizientes aerodynamisches System. Dank des gleichmäßigen Luftstroms wird das Material sehr präzise kalibriert.

Aspirationssystem

Lichtfraktionsfänger ULF
Neu in unserer Produktlinie. Wir haben eine zusätzliche Option für aerodynamische Getreidereinigern ALS entwickelt und implementiert – eine Falle für Leichtfraktion ULF. Der Hauptzweck des neuen Geräts besteht darin, Leichtfraktion (Staubpartikel, Feinfraktion) aus dem Luftstrom am Ausgang des Getreidereinigers ALS einzufangen.

Vorreiniger
Wenn die Verunreinigung des Ausgangsmaterials mehr als 5% beträgt, wird empfohlen, zusätzliche Reinigungsgeräte zu verwenden.Getreidereiniger ALS können mit einem Vorreiniger (Vorreinigungsverfahren mit Vibrationssieben) ausgestattet werden, der alle großen Verunreinigungen vom Ausgangsmaterial wie Steine, Bodenstücke, Stroh, Ährchen usw. trennt.

Cyklon
Der Zyklonstaubsammler ist mit dem Kornreiniger ALS verbunden und dient dazu, alle Lichtfraktionen, die das ALS verlassen, mittels eines Ventilators durch den Kanal der Lichtfraktionen zu extrahieren und sich in einer speziellen Kammer abzusetzen.

Beschreibung des Getreidereiniger ALS-15
Der Getreidereiniger ALS-15 ist eine Ausrüstung, die von jeder Art von Schmutz reinigen und Getreide, Bohnen, Oliven, Kräutersamen kalibrieren kann.
Der aerodynamische Getreidereiniger ALS-15 ist eine sieblose Maschine zur Kornreinigung. Der gesamte Reinigungsprozess basiert auf der Stärke des Luftstroms, die Korntrennung erfolgt nach Gewicht. Das Funktionsprinzip des Separators zur Kornreinigung können Sie in unserem Video sehen, unsere Kornreinigungsmaschine kann das Korn von beliebigem Schmutz- und Feuchtigkeitsgrad reinigen. Der Separator ALS-15 kann die folgenden Kulturen reinigen: Weizen, Mais, Soja, Raps, Nüsse, Sonnenblume, Sorghum, Reis, Lupine, Kakaobohnen, Gemüse, Samen usw.
Der Getreidereiniger ALS-15 kann nicht nur organische Kulturen, sondern auch Schmutz, Granit-Schrot, Metall-Schrot, PVC, usw. sortieren.
Der Getreidereiniger ALS arbeitet in vier Modi:

Die Kornreinheit ist der wichtigste Indikator für die Kornqualität. Frisch geerntetes Getreide besteht nicht nur aus Körnern einer bestimmten Kultur, sondern enthält auch Verunreinigungen verschiedener Arten. Daher verringert die Reinigung des Getreides von Verunreinigungen, insbesondere von Unkrautsamen, Pflanzenpartikeln, Steinen und Erdpartikeln, die Intensität physiologischer Prozesse in der Getreidemasse erheblich. Dies verbessert die Bedingungen für die Lagerung von Getreide aufgrund einer Abnahme der Aktivität der Kornmasse.
Es lohnt sich, den Prozess der Reinigung von Getreide sehr ernst zu nehmen, da ein hohes Maß an Aktivität die Keimung von Getreidesamen negativ beeinflusst. Die Reinigung von Weizenkorn von verschiedenen Verunreinigungen gewährleistet somit die Sammlung guter Erträge in jedem Betrieb. ALS grain cleaners advantages. Dimensions
The most important parameter that ensures productivity is the width of the separation chamber. The wider the separation chamber – the wider the separators hopper is, and the wider the hopper – the wider the grain layer is. A wider layer of grain provides a bigger grain pouring to the separation chamber and, accordingly, productivity. Sure, you can increase the pouring by increasing the thickness of the grain layer from the hopper, but in this case you can forget about the quality of separation. A more powerful fan will also not save you, because the collision of seeds in a thick layer happens too often, and the separation becomes a chaotic process.

Aerodynamics
The wing impeller alone is not suitable for use in cleaning devices. It produces a stream that is heterogeneous in cross-section and very turbulent, the air moves progressively, rotatingly and swirls – turbulence appears. Whereas our ALS separators have a very effective aerodynamic system thanks to a special straightening device (straightener) developed by our engineers. It is installed directly after the impeller and eliminates all the above-mentioned drawbacks of the wing impeller itself. The presence of a straightener in our separators increases the precision of grain separation by 20-30% compared to separators with only the rotor and fan.

VOK aspiration system
ALS separators can be equipped with additional options to increase productivity and improve grain processing. We have developed VOK cyclones (dust collectors) – technologically advanced systems of suction and deposition in a special chamber of all the lightest impurities (dust, chaff) flowing out of the ALS through the light fraction discharge channel.

Light fraction catcher ULF
New device! We have developed and produced additional equipment for the ALS aerodynamic separators – light fraction catcher (ULF). The main function of the new device is to catch and hold light impurities from the air stream coming out of the separator.

OSC scalper (vibro-sieve)
When the extent of impurity of the starting material exceeds 5% or you have a grain mixture to clean or herbs seeds, we highly recommend using additional cleaning equipment – OSC scalper. It separates any coarse fractions from the starting material such as stones, pieces of ground, straw, spikelets, sticks etc. OSC is designed to work together with the ALS grain cleaner, but can also be used separately as a pre-cleaner.

Cyclone dust collector
The VOK cyclone is connected to the ALS separators and is used for extraction with a fan and settling in a special chamber of all light fractions, going out from the ALS through the light fractions channel.

Description of grain cleaner ALS-15
Separator ALS-15 is equipment intended to clean up any kind of garbage, and sorting by weight, of seeds of grain, leguminous, feeding, olive and herbal crops.
Air separator ALS-15 does not contain any sieves. The whole process of grain processing is in the air stream. Separation of particles of grain mixture is made according to 2 parameters – weight and sailing capacity. The principle of operation of the grain separator ALS-15 can be clearly seen here. It is capable to work with grain containing any impurity and of any humidity. ALS separator is intended to clear and calibrate seeds of such cultures: wheat, corn, sunflower, barley, sorghum, millet, rice, oats, peas, lentil, soya, rape, buckwheat, lupine, mustard, flax, coffee beans, seeds of herbs, seeds of vegetables and melon seeds.
Besides, ALS-15 separator can be used to calibrate not phytogenous bulk materials. For example: rubble, granite crumb, coal crumb, crumb of iron ore and so on.

There are 4 modes of grain processing in separators ALS-15:

Preliminary grain cleaning;
Primary grain cleaning;
Seed calibration (grain sorting);
Mixed mode (simultaneous cleaning and calibration).

ALS-15 is not a self-moving machine. It can be permanently installed or completed with wheels in order to be moved. When using separator ALS-15 in a warehouse, it must be equipped with an additional loader and arrangements for removal of grain from the calibrated fractions shall be made. When using it at ZAV, feeding to the separator shall be made with the help of bucket elevator, and off take from fractions shall be directed in acceptance supply bins.
Grain separator ALS-15 does not require complicated maintenance. Sometimes it is necessary to do external cleaning, internal cleaning is carried out automatically, working in reverse mode.

Avantages des trieur de grains ALS. Dimensions
Le paramètre le plus important qui garantit la productivité est la largeur de la chambre de séparation. Si la trémie est plus large, plus large sera la quantité de blé qui s’écoule dans la chambre de séparation et, par conséquent, la productivité est plus importante. Bien sûr, il est possible d’augmenter la quantité de déversement en augmentant le volume de la couche de grain de la trémie, mais dans ce cas au détriment de la qualité de séparation. Un enroulement plus puissant ne s’améliorera pas, parce que la collision de graines en quantités excessives crée un processus chaotique dans la séparation.

L’aérodynamique
Les seules lames de ventilation ne sont pas adaptés pour une utilisation dans les dispositifs de nettoyage. Ils produisent un flux hétérogène dans la transversale et très chaotique, l’air se déplace progressivement, tournant et créant des turbulences. Alors que nos séparateurs ALS disposent d’un système aérodynamique très efficace grâce à un dispositif de redressement spécial (redresseur) développé par nos ingénieurs. Il est installé directement après la turbine et élimine tous les inconvénients ci-dessus. La présence d’un redresseur dans nos séparateurs augmente la précision de la séparation des grains de 20 à 30 % par rapport aux séparateurs avec seulement le rotor de ventilation.

Le système d’aspiration VOK
Les trieurs ALS peuvent être équipés d’options supplémentaires pour augmenter la productivité et améliorer la transformation des grains. Nous avons développé des cyclones VOK (collecteurs de poussière)- des systèmes d’aspiration et de dépôt technologiquement avancés dans une chambre spéciale de toutes les impuretés les plus légères (poussière, paille) qui fuient du canal d’échappement de l’air de l’ALS.

ULF Collecteur de fraction légère
Nous avons développé et produit des équipements supplémentaires pour les trieurs aérodynamiques ALS – Light Fraction Catcher (ULF). La fonction principale du nouveau dispositif est de capturer et de retenir les impuretés légères du flux d’air sortant de l’embouchure finale du séparateur.

Scalpeur OSC (vibro-tamis)
Lorsque l’étendue de l’impureté du matériau source dépasse 5% ou que vous avez un mélange de blé pour nettoyer ou d’herbes, il est fortement recommandé d’utiliser des équipements de nettoyage supplémentaires tels que le scalpeur OSC. Il sépare toutes les fractions grossières du matériau initial tels que les pierres, les morceaux de terre, la paille, les pointes, etc. par des grilles interchangeables. Le OSC est conçue pour travailler de pair avec le trieur pour céréales ALS, mais peut également être utilisée séparément comme pré-nettoyant.

Cyclone
Le cyclone VOK est connecté au trieur ALS et est utilisé pour l’extraction des fractions légères avec un aspirateur / ventilateur pour transporter toutes les fractions légères qui sont expulsées dans une chambre spéciale.

Description du séparateur/trieur ALS-15
Le séparateur ALS-15 est un équipement destiné à nettoyer toutes sortes d’ordures, et à trier en fonction du poids, des graines de céréales, légumineuses, d’alimentation, d’olive et des plantes médicinales.
Le séparateur d’air ALS-15 ne contient aucun tamis. Tout le processus de traitement du grain est dans le courant d’air. La séparation des particules de mélange de grains est faite selon 2 paramètres – poids et capacité de navigation. Le principe de fonctionnement du séparateur de grains ALS-15 peut être clairement vu ici. Il est capable de travailler avec des grains contenant n’importe quelle impureté et de toute humidité. Le séparateur ALS-15 est destiné à nettoyer et calibrer les semences de telles cultures: blé, maïs, tournesol, orge, sorgho, millet, riz, avoine, pois, lentilles, soja, colza, sarrasin, lupin, moutarde, lin, grains de café, graines de herbes, graines de légumes et graines de melon.
En outre, le séparateur ALS-15 peut être utilisé pour calibrer des matériaux en vrac non phytogènes. Par exemple: gravats, miettes de granit, miettes de charbon, miettes de minerai de fer et ainsi de suite.
Il y a 4 modes de traitement du grain dans les séparateurs ALS-15:

L’ALS-15 est une machine fixe, mais peut être installé ou complété de façon permanente avec des roues afin d’être déplacé. Lors de l’utilisation du séparateur ALS-15 dans un entrepôt, celui-ci doit être équipé d’un chargeur supplémentaire pneumatiques ou à vis ou un élévateur à godet et des dispositions doivent être prises pour les fractions prélevées que doivent être dirigées dans des bacs d’approvisionnement.
Le séparateur de grains ALS-15 ne nécessite pas de maintenance compliquée. Parfois, il est nécessaire de faire un nettoyage externe, le nettoyage interne est effectué automatiquement, en mode inverse.

Vantaggi dei pulitori per cereali ALS. Dimensioni
Il parametro più importante che garantisce la produttività è la larghezza della camera di separazione. Se la tramoggia è più ampia, più ampia la quantità di grano che confluisce nella camera di separazione e di conseguenza è più estesa la produttività. Certo, è possibile aumentarne la quantità di versamento aumentando il volume dello strato di grano dalla tramoggia, ma in questo caso a discapito della qualità di separazione. Una ventilazione più potente non migliorerà, perché la collisione di semi in quantità eccessiva crea un processo caotico nella separazione.

Aerodinamica
Le pale della ventilazione da sole non sono adatte per l’uso nei dispositivi di pulizia. Producono un flusso che è eterogeneo nella sezione trasversale e molto caotico, l’aria si muove progressivamente, ruotando e creando la turbolenza. Mentre i nostri separatori ALS hanno un sistema aerodinamico molto efficace grazie a uno speciale dispositivo di raddrizzamento (raddrizzatore) sviluppato dai nostri ingegneri. Viene installato direttamente dopo la turbina ed elimina tutti gli inconvenienti di cui sopra. La presenza di un raddrizzatore nei nostri separatori aumenta la precisione della separazione dei grani del 20-30% rispetto ai separatori con solo il rotore a ventola.

Sistema di aspirazione VOK
I separatori ALS possono essere dotati di opzioni aggiuntive per aumentare la produttività e migliorare la lavorazione del grano. Abbiamo sviluppato cicloni VOK (collettori di polvere) – sistemi tecnologicamente avanzati ad aspirazione e deposizione in una camera speciale di tutte le impurità più leggere (polvere, pula) che fuoriescono dal canale di scarico aria del ALS.

ULF Raccoglitore frazione leggera
Abbiamo sviluppato e prodotto apparecchiature aggiuntive per i separatori aerodinamici ALS – Light Fraction Catcher (ULF). La funzione principale del nuovo dispositivo è quella di catturare e trattenere le impurità leggere dal flusso d’aria in uscita dalla bocca finale del separatore.

OSC scalper (vibro-setaccio)
Quando l’estensione dell’impurità del materiale di partenza supera il 5% o si dispone di una miscela di grano per pulire o erbe semi, si consiglia vivamente di utilizzare attrezzature di pulizia aggiuntive come lo scalper OSC. Separa tutte le frazioni grossolane dal materiale iniziale come pietre, pezzi di terra, paglia, punte, ecc. attraverso griglie intercambiabili. L’OSC è progettato per lavorare insieme con il pulitore per cereali ALS, ma può anche essere utilizzato separatamente come pre-pulitore.

Ciclone
Il ciclone VOK è collegato al separatore ALS e viene utilizzato per l’estrazione delle frazioni leggere con un aspiratore/ventilatore per convogliare in una camera speciale tutte le frazioni leggere che vengono espulse.

Descrizione del pulitore per sementi e cereali ALS-15
ALS-15 è progettato per la pulizia di ogni tipo di impurità e seleziona per peso, per tipo di seme e/o chicco, leguminose, olive, semi di frumento, colture erbacee e vegetali.
Il separatore non contiene setacci, l’intero processo è praticato attraverso il flusso dell’aria. La separazione delle particelle di semi e/o chicchi è effettuato mediante i 2 parametri: peso e grossezza.
Il principio dell’operazione di separazione può essere visto qui, esso è capace di lavorare con semi e/o chicchi che contengono ogni impurità e umidità. Progettato per pulire e calibrare semi di molte colture: frumento, mais, girasole, legumi, cucurbitacee, culture erbacee e vegetali, avena, lino, orzo, segale, miglio, sorgo (saggina), piselli, soya, fagioli, lenticchie, grano saraceno, senape, girasole, chicchi di caffè e riso.
Inoltre, il separatore ALS-15 può essere usato per calibrare anche materiale non organico, per esempio: pietrisco, granito sbriciolato, pezzetti di carbone, minute di minerali di ferro ecc.

Ci sono 4 modalità di comando per utilizzare il separatore ALS-15

Preliminare sgrossatura dei semi e/o chicchi.
Primaria pulizia dei semi e/o chicchi.
Calibratura dei semi e/o chicchi.
Modalità mista (pulizia e calibratura simultanea).

ALS-15 non è semovibile, può essere installato permanentemente o completato con ruote per lo spostamento. Se utilizzato in un magazzino potrebbe essere utile un caricatore aggiuntivo e attrezzatura per la rimozione delle sementi calibrate in frazioni già pronte.
Il separatore non richiede manutenzione speciale. Qualche volta è necessaria una pulizia esterna poiché la pulizia interna si avvia automaticamente facendola lavorare in modalità “reverse”.

Zalety separatorów ALS-15. Wymiary
Najważniejszym parametrem, który zapewnia wydajność jest szerokość komory separacji. Im szersza jest komora separacji, tym szerszy jest zbiornik separatora, a im szerszy jest zbiornik – tym szerszą jest warstwa ziarna. Szersza warstwa ziarna zapewnia większy zasyp do komory i odpowiednio wydajność. Oczywiście, można zwiększać zasyp przez zwiększenie grubości warstwy ziarna ze zbiornika, ale w takim przypadku można zapomnieć o jakości separacji. Potężniejszy wentylator też nie uratuje, ponieważ zderzenie nasion w grubej warstwie zdarza się zbyt często, a separacja staje się procesem chaotycznym.

Aerodynamika
Sam tylko wirnik skrzydełkowy nie nadaje się do stosowania w urządzeniach czyszczących. Daje on niejednorodny w przekroju poprzecznym i bardzo burzliwy strumień, powietrze przemieszcza się postępowo, obrotowo i zawirowuje się – pojawia się turbulencja. Natomiast nasze separatory ALS posiadają bardzo skuteczny system aerodynamiczny dzięki specjalnemu aparatu wyprostowującemu (prostownica) opracowanemu przez naszych inżynierów. Jest on instalowany bezpośrednio za wirnikiem oraz eliminuje wszystkie wyżej wymienione wady samego wirnika skrzydełkowego. Obecność prostownicy w naszych separatorach zwiększa precyzyjność rozdzielenia ziarna o 20-30% w porównaniu do separatorów z samym wirnikiem i wentylatorem.

System aspiracji VOK
Separatory ALS można wyposażyć w dodatkowe opcje zwiększające wydajność i usprawniające obróbkę ziarna. Opracowaliśmy cyklony VOK – zaawansowane technologicznie systemy zasysania i osadzania w specjalnej komorze wszystkich najlżejszych domieszek (kurz, plewy), wylatujących z ALS przez kanał odprowadzenia lekkich frakcji.

Utrzymywacz lekkich frakcji ULF
Nowość! Opracowaliśmy i wyprodukowaliśmy dodatkowe wyposażenie do separatorów aerodynamicznych ALS – utrzymywacz lekkich frakcji (ULF). Główną funkcją nowego urządzenia jest wyłapywanie i zatrzymanie lekkich zanieczyszczeń ze strumienia powietrza, wyprowadzającego się z separatora.

Gdy stopień zaśmiecenia materiału wyjściowego przekracza 5% albo macie Państwo do wyczyszczenia mieszankę (naprz. pszenżyto) lub drobne nasiona traw, to bardzo polecamy stosowanie dodatkowego sprzętu czyszczącego – wibrosita OSK. Oddziela ono wszelkie grube frakcje z materiału wyjściowego, takich jak kamienie, kawałki ziemi, słoma, kłoski, patyczki itp. OSK jest przyznaczony do działania razem z separatorem ALS, ale można go także stosować osobno od separatora jako czyszczalnię wstępną.

Cyklon
Cyklon VOK podłącza się do separatorów ALS i służy do odciągania wentylatorem i osadzania w specjalnej komorze wszystkich lekkich frakcji, wylatujących z ALS przez kanal odprowadzenia lekkich frakcji.

Dodatkowe wyposażenie. Przenośniki ślimakowe
Opis separatora ALS-15
ALS-15 czyszczalnia do ziarna bez sita, która świetnie radzi sobie tak z czyszczeniem, jak i kalibracją ziarna różnych zbóż, ziół, kultur ogrodowych, roślin strączkowych, warzyw, a także sypkich mieszanek. Wysokie wskaźniki wydajności separatora zapewniane są w trakcie pracy z pszenicą, owsem, kukurydzą, lnem, jęczmieniem, sorgo, żytem, grochem, bobem, soją, soczewicą, rzepakiem, gryką, ziarnami kawy i słonecznikiem.
Wialnia ALS-15 prowadzi obróbkę ziarna w czterech trybach. Pierwsze dwa tryby oparte na wstępnym i intensywnym czyszczeniu odpowiednio. Trzeci tryb jest do wykonania kalibracji ziarna, a czwarty – mieszany, bo w nim są stosowane jednocześnie czyszczenie, a także kalibracja.
Ten model separatora od firmy Alistan Agro, jest w stanie zapewnić wysoki poziom wydajności w trybie czyszczenia wstępnego. Właśnie w tym trybie są usuwane lekkie śmieci, w szczególności, kawałki słomy i ziarna, łuski, kurz. Podczas podstawowego czyszczenia odbywa się usuwanie z masy kamieni, rozgniecionego, szczupłego, przesuszonego i niełuszczonego ziarna, a także różnych nasion chwastów, słomy, plew i innych domieszek.

Kalibracja jest wykonywana pod warunkiem korzystania z czystego ziarna, które dzieli się na handlowe i siewne. Siewne ziarno musi mieć duży ciężar właściwy i wysokie wskaźniki czystości. Dane parametry zwiększają zdolność kiełkowania i energię przerastania.
Jednoczesne oddzielenie ziarna siewnego i śmieci wykonuje separator podczas pracy w trybie mieszanym. Jednak ten tryb nie daje maksymalnego efektu, ponieważ podczas kalibracji jakość ziarna będzie spadać.
Czyszczalnia do ziarna ALS-15 wyróżnia się wysoką wydajnością, pracując na kompleksie czyszczenia ziarna ZAV. Ziarno trafia do separatora za pomocą ładowacza pneumatycznego, ślimakowego lub taśmowego. Przetworzone zboże wysyłane na przechowania do worków, które wstępnie są mocowane na separatorze.
Zużyte powietrze jest eliminowane poprzez wyprowadzenie go na zewnątrz, co zapewnia przewód powietrzny.
